What is it? Where is it?
Isla del Sol is an island with absolutely stunning views in Boliva, South America. Specifically, the island sits in the Bolivian side of Lake Titicaca and is about a one and a half hour (slow boat) ride from the main land. Shut your eyes and fall asleep to the steady throb of the motor, it’s well worth the trip.

There is something a little bit special about this, the biggest city in Chile. Santiago is not only easy on the eye, vibrant with color and nature, but it’s also easy to navigate around. A blessing for any traveler without a lot of time up their sleeve.

In Cusco they joke that there’s more dogs than humans and there might actually be some grain of truth at the base of that humor. They are everywhere; in varying breeds and degrees of health. But when it comes to Peru, Lima is the city of cats.

Salar de Uyuni, situated in Bolivia’s south, are the largest salt flats (12,000 square km’s) in the world and sit 350 km south of La Paz.
